Summary

Beetles, bugs and Blue Peter badges: our time chatting with author and all-round top bird Maya “MG” Leonard was funducational as fuck. Writing her Beetle Boy trilogy meant Maya had to gen up on the insect world and allowed her to wow team Noonan, Dunleavy and Offord with tales of beetle derring do and overcoming creepy crawlies giving you the heebie-jeebies.

Also, Hannah puts her hand on a barbecue and takes her trousers off in a restaurant, Jen rescues her housemate from spiders but discovers she’s accidentally been murdering them, Mick does a terrible visual gag just perfect for podcasts and we discover what flavour of jelly is a beetle’s favourite.
