with Dr. Carly Ann York. She is an associate professor at

Lenoir Rine University. She got her Ph.D. in ecological studies from Old Dominion University,

but she considers herself an animal physiologist, as she says on the show. She previously

wrote two nonfiction science books for children,

A Day in the Life, Horses and Queens of the Jungle.

And she has a new book out.
