Wally, I have a story about Jen Ziers and how they need praise.

Love them.

And what I would like to do, hear me out, because I know nothing

gets you quicker on a soapbox than hearing how jenziers need praise for just the bare minimum.

I'm going to give you a couple of things that I've learned recently, okay? And I just want you

to sit back and take it all in. And at the end, I'm going to give you the platform. Okay, because there might be an explosion in the meantime. Right. Right. I will try my best. Okay, here we go. So, Gen Z, if you didn't know, they're between the ages of 13. They're between the ages of 13 to 28 years of age. So Gavin is just barely out of that. Nothing that's being said is about me. Okay. I know. Okay. Okay. Okay. Here we go. So I guess the participation

award mentality is starting to catch up because new studies are showing that Gen Z employees

need more praise. That they've said that praise improves their work performance.

And they even expect praise by meeting just the basic expectations, even if they fail, they want that praise.

Okay, wait, wait.

This also shows because some boomer or millennial bosses have been asked about what their experience was with their Gen Z employees.

They said when they've given them negative feedback, a good amount of them have cried.

A small amount have even had their parents reach out to their boss contacting them.

And then even another small amount of Gen Ziers have called out sick the next day and even quit because of negative feedback.

This is our workforce.
