room and if you guys saw that video runs into the street and the van runs over in front of everybody,

slows down, and then, you know, decides to, you know, obviously he's hesitating whether he should get out or not and then just keeps going.

Then another another man went over and there were 18 bystanders.

No one said anything, no one did anything, no one even shrieked.

Everyone just looked to the site, saw the dead baby as it was a dead animal and kept walking.
