Just six days since the Yankees got their butts kicked at Fenway Park and their season ended. And we have heard crickets, absolute silence, nada, Zippo from the Yankees organization.

Normally we get that season-ending press conference where Brian Cashman and Aaron Boone tell us how close this team is, how they're just one bounce away, and then they were going to be World Series champions.

try and minimize the press conference as much as possible. So you do it on a Friday before a a long weekend because Monday's a holiday for many people in their jobs. And you got the NFL and everything like that and the MLB playoffs. Like I thought they'd just like slip it in at four o'clock on Friday afternoon and then just like gets buried in all the other crap. We haven't had it yet. I guess it depends on what you, you know, deem as bad news.
