But this song is called A Hand at Dusk, and I think it's just so poignant.

You know, if you listen to the lyrics,

it's really about somebody who loves and is attached to somebody very much,

but is also sitting with the reality of very real problems

that they don't know if they're going to overcome together.

At least that's what I read into it.

So a beautiful song and I thought really set the tone for our conversation today because

today we're talking about something that is extraordinarily important for so many different reasons.

And actually, I originally recorded a podcast on this topic many, many years ago.

It was actually one of the first podcasts I did.

And I, you know, recently, because I've been doing this podcast for a while now, I have like,
