Welcome back to Moody with Lauren Elizabeth. I'm your host Lauren Elizabeth.

And I don't know much, but I do know that I can learn from my mistakes and my lived experience.

0:13.6

And I'm on the older side now. Okay, let's be honest, I'm not. I'm over 28 and a half. I think I'm

0:20.4

veering on 28 and 3 quarters. And if I've learned anything, it's stuff about relationships, because I

0:28.2

maybe was a love addict in another life in the by another life. I mean, this one. So today,

0:33.6

I'm going to do something like I've never done before because I was thinking about my mood.

0:39.0

And so for this week's mood for thought, I was like, I kind of want to go through some signs

0:44.2

1:28.1

this again. That's kind of always what I said with dating, like going on dates, even if it wasn't

1:33.0

like the right person or whatever, it's like this experience of, oh, I really like how he liked how

1:36.7

he treated me this way. And I want that more. Like I don't really like him, but I did like this

1:40.8

aspect. So we're going to get into all of that. But first, let's obviously dive into best mood and

1:45.6

worst mood of the week. You can't have a best without your worst. It's going to happen. And we're

1:50.4

here to just reflect on it, learn from it and be grateful for it. For my best mood this week,
