Hey, I'm Teresa Ceputo. You might know me as the Long Island medium. Why do people call me that?

Well, I talk to the dead. My job is to help Spirit communicate to their loved ones here

in the physical world that they are safe and a peace and that there is more to life than

this. This podcast gives me the opportunity to share my gift with more people than ever before

and to give all of you a better understanding of how I communicate with spirit.

I say to myself all the time, this is what I do for a living, right? I channel people's loved ones.

And it amazes me that people, how they're able to go on after such a loss.

And, you know, welcome to Hey Spirit.

You know, and if you've been listening to the podcast, you know, you've heard me say it time and time again, Spirit never ceases to amaze me, the way they come through and they

give us that peace and validation of knowing that they are still with us.

But Savannah's experience today, oh my God, it was validation.

It was just like he was just drilling into me all the things that she's done

and has accomplished and that she's doing and supporting. And that is exactly what she needed.

It is not a cliche statement that a reading and experience happens at the exact moment we need it. And Spirit gives us what we need,

not what we want. I hope you all enjoy this week's episode with Savannah. It was truly
