Let me do my best to describe where we are at this point, because yesterday was like the

second time in the last 30 days or so, that it seemed like the day, as in it's over.

But it's not exactly over. It's almost over. I know that this process

Let's just wait for the owner to get the keys to the building and then it will be real.

I do understand that sentiment because I felt a little bit of that myself in recent weeks. But it's kind of the way

it goes. You know, it's a process. When you're buying something this big and you're about to become

just one of 32, there's a lot to do. You know, it's like when you buy a house, not exactly

in terms of the price, but you know, you get that call from the

realtor and you and your wife or your significant other are very excited. Hey, they accepted our

offer. But you still have an inspection. You've got to get your financing in place. The closing isn't

today. It's not tomorrow. It's 30 days from now. And then by the way, you've got to

get a rent back on the place that you've just sold. So there's lots of moving parts. But yeah,

like you, Jesse, I'm ready for this to end as well. I can't tell you how many conversations I've

had with people involved in or very close to the deal over the last few

months, several months actually. Those people, and there have been a half dozen minimum that

I've had conversations with, they are ready for this to be over. And remember my prediction
