I get a lot of fishing emails and I delete them without even reading them to the point where I probably delete important emails because they even sound like fishing. I just delete them. I've read them open them but I got trapped. I don't know why I even opened this one but it just made me laugh. Troy, have you considered a 3D scan of your current restaurant space?

I feel like I may have brought this up on one of our shows before. It's hard to remember at this point but there's a whole school thought that the reason they're so there's so many mistakes and typos and terrible grammar is that

they're not looking for you. They're looking for the dumbest people. They're weeding out the people that would be like this is a scam.

Do you guys get cold texts from scammers? This is my one that I got yesterday that I thought was funny. Hey Halen, are you busy today? I'll take you to the hairdresser.

So you knew immediately it was a scam. Yeah, they weeded me out on that one.

Do you get the ones that are like, hey Troy LeValley at my address? We want to offer you cash for your house now.

Do you ever get those? I get I get them for someone named Willie for an address. Neither me neither me nor anyone in my family or immediate surrounding circle friends has ever been associated with Willie.

It's always Willie. It's always about this particular particular address. If you want cash for your house now, the mob is after you.

I got totally, totally threw me off for what I was going to say.

Oh, the house. So yeah, I get texts all the time for my parents house all the time.

It's just like, hey, Joe, Joseph, we're interested in purchasing my and then my parents address. And I all the time I get these.

And it's just it's strange because well, it's not that strange because I have the same name as my dad. And this has come up before in like one of my favorites ever was my actual credit score.

So I can actual credit check. And I can't remember what it was for was maybe five or seven years ago was something important. I had to do the credit check.

And it came in and they were like, you are approved. Your credit is out of this world. And I looked at the report. And it was like began as employment with Philadelphia gas works in 1974.

And I'm like, holy shit, this is my dad. And then it did it was like every car my parents bought over the years, like their house.

And then it was like the car my first car that I bought in 2002. And like all the shit that I bought it mixed it into like one report. And it was so much debt and so much dead paid off.
