We're sleep training, our baby, baby EV.

And last night I experienced a true trifecta of wakeups that has left me reeling all the way through today.

And the best part of that is we're not about to record multiple episodes of the show and pretend that it's different days.

But if you're not familiar with sleep training, you let the baby cry it out and you time it.

There are a lot of different ways to do it and it's more emotionally draining than anything because the baby just screams bloody murder.

And then you go in, you're like, it's okay.

And then you set a stopwatch and then that time gets longer and longer until they teach themselves how to fall asleep.

And so it's horrible.

It's horrible when you have to go through the like, guys, just want to grab her. I just want to grab her. She's crying.

And then it's also horrible to just sit there and listen to screaming when you're in bed.

So she's screaming last night at 3.30 in the morning and then the dash has a nightmare.

And so like, fuck, I gotta go do that.

So I go up to dashes room to deal with a nightmare and ask them getting dashed out archer wakes up with a nightmare so that I change.

I come back downstairs, EV just went down, EV wakes back.

Like it just kept going and cycles all night.
