0:19.0	Not necessarily how to set up a podcast, although we'll touch upon that.
0:23.0	But I want to talk about how to monetize a podcast or the activity of doing a podcast.
0:29.0	And this includes everybody from people who have huge audiences to podcasters who have
0:35.4	almost no audiences.
0:37.2	So Jay, for instance, you were telling me a statistic like a year ago, how many downloads
0:43.1	per episode does the average podcast get?
0:46.6	I felt like a year ago when I was in podcast movement, I saw the statistic as of June 2019,
0:52.2	a medium 50% thought was 137 downward per episodes, only 137 download episodes is the
0:58.9	medium.
0:59.9	That means the person, whatever podcast is unfortunate to be right in the middle of
1:04.9	all two million podcasts in terms of downloads, that person only has 137 downloads per episode,
1:11.5	which is, which is sad, but that makes sense.
1:15.0	I mean, a, some podcasts might be very niche.
1:18.9	So if somebody is doing a podcast about left-handed flyfishers, then they don't deserve to have
1:25.3	a high, a large audience.
1:28.4	But maybe they have the audience they want.
1:30.1	So, you know, I think our audience, you know, I set up this podcast in 2014, really 2013,
1:37.1	I recorded the first episodes.
