how we got here. Because I know my listeners are going to be like, how did this all come together?

Okay, so all of us have gone down an Instagram wormhole or two or three or four. For me, I was

on Attorney Ben Crump's page and he had posted a video of this white dude speaking very

earnestly, but it was on mute. So I was like, here we go. This fucking racist bullshit.

And then hi, as a masochist, I unmuted it to here. And instead of racist bullshit,

it was actually quite the opposite. And it was our guest, Daniel Collins, speaking about

the gross injustice of the way in which the prison and the justice system has treated him

versus someone who became his friend while in prison, Rashon Clark. And I started to

look at your videos and I just started looking further. I saw Rashon speaking. And I want

this podcast, like this podcast has kind of morphed over the years from like just the

self-help podcast of me just speaking my mind about like what we can do for self-care,

etc. To a place where I feel like I can use this platform of dope listeners who are action

oriented and who are really like intellectual thinkers to expose people's stories that

are really about creating more change and creating equality and really earnestly fighting

against the discrimination and oppression that continues to be pervasive in this country.
