The jurors are deliberating for the third day in the trial of Daniel Penny.

The Marine veteran has pleaded not guilty to charges related to the chokehold death of Jordan Neely on board of Subway last year.

Doug Williams is live outside the courthouse.

Anything going on today, Doug?

Well, Chris, those jurors are in right around the 11th hour of their deliberations.

And this morning, in their deliberations, they were brought back inside the courtroom.

And that's because yesterday, jurors sent two notes to the judge

asking to take another look at some key moments from the trial. Late in the day, jurors asked

the judge to have testimony read back to them from the medical examiner who performed Neely's

autopsy. And because they asked for it so late in the day, the jury was dismissed midway through

it yesterday before starting up again this morning.

The jury was in the courtroom listening to that until 1045 this morning.

They've since returned to the deliberation room.

And Penny has pleaded not guilty to second-degree manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide.

The more serious charge of manslaughter carries up to 15 years in prison.

If convicted of that, the jury will not be asked to return a verdict of a lesser charge.
