Good morning. I am, on the go this morning. Paul's in Geneva, school run, back was

rushing around trying to sort of like I had half an hour I thought let me get some bits out to

pack for New York tomorrow and then I was like crap podcast run to the fridge and

then all I could see was grapes and I really didn't want grapes you know when you just want to eat

you like slice a toast or something I didn't have time so I'm sitting here looking at

the grapes but it's fine I'll get something to eat after. How's your morning

been? Yeah fine,. Bit hectic, usual school, kids out the door.

You know some mornings, right? I stand there like we have like a bit of a routine in our house.

Obviously as most houses do, when I'm standing doing the bottles,

like washing up Margot bottles

in the night before and stuff.

And like it's all going on in the house,

It's just the same every morning like is everyone's

house is as hectic as mine because I just think is this a normal house in the
