And he said he didn't want to bring it up. Barkley brought it up himself about Mike is relationship Michael Jordan. They were like best friends. He's to hang out all the time. Then they had a falling out because Barkley ripped his ownership with the Charlotte bobcats. The all at the time. The Charlotte Horn and Georgia Jordan held a grudge and and and they don't talk anymore. But it was interesting because Barkley brought it up and he said they never even really see each other right. I don't know why people hold grudges. Yeah. We can talk about he's on the line now. It's Jimmy train. I think

Thanks for joining Jimmy. Appreciate the time, man. Oh, thanks for having me. Yeah. So I was just saying that I watched a little of your Barkley interview and you didn't want to bring up the Michael Jordan thing and he kind of opened the door. And it was interesting because you said you guys probably bump into each other three or four times a year. Barkley said only like three times in 25 years. Wow. Yeah, I was shocked by that answer. And yeah, well, you know, he's talked about the the fallout with Jordan so much. So the only thing I really wanted to ask him about it was

if he was sick of talking about it, but then he brought it up, which gave me that sort of opening and he did say he was sick about it. But, you know, proceeded to talk about it a little bit. And then I that was the one question on my mind is, how do these guys not bump into each other and patch things up, but clearly Jordan doesn't want to patch things up from everything you read in here. So Jimmy, how much legwork went into landing Charles Barkley for the podcast? I mean, that guy's got a million media community.

He's a busy guy. Like, how long have you been trying to hunt him down? So it's funny. I mean, I've been trying to get him on for about five years. And I finally was able to get his direct number. And once I got his direct number, it was one of the easiest podcasts I've ever booked because I texted him, introduced myself. He wrote back right away, said, he knew who I was and he would love to come on. Oh, yeah. So after five years of going through.

He has channels. It was a disaster. Got his number. And he had him. I mean, I booked this podcast into this podcast weekly. He was in the top five easiest people to ever deal with in book. So go forget that.

So it wasn't too long ago. You wrote about and we spent some time talking about it. Josh Harris, his handshake with the guys in the booth, Joe Buck and Troy Ackman. What did you make of that whole thing?

You know, what's great about that clip is Troy trying to hold in the laughter. And I actually reached out to Troy the morning after and he said he wanted, you know, he was ready to bust out, but he realized he was on live TV. He wanted to keep her professional.

It, you know, it was funny because when I wrote that and tweeted it out, there are a lot of people who were bashing Joe Buck saying, you know, it was Joe's fault for leaving his hand out there that long.

But, you know, that seemed like a pretty bad misread by Josh Harris. But I'm sure in Washington, he can do no wrong right now if they're replacing the previous owner.

I mean, it was an awkward moment. I think it was terrible. Jimmy, he's just an awkward dude, but he's not nearly as awkward as Schneider, but he's kind of awkward.

Joe said he might have been a little nervous. Right. You know, could be so. Maybe a little tipsy.

Yeah, I got a lot of that reaction to on Twitter. So it could be something there.

How, how much of the, we kind of talked about this earlier in the show. How much of the, what's the name of the show from Skipail? Let's call again.

Undisputed. How much of that did you watch with Sherman and Irvin and Keeshawn? We watched five minutes. That's all I could take because I knew we're probably going to talk about it.

But I mean, there's just three guys, three type A's, Alphas screaming over each other. And then another alpha who wants to talk just sitting there listening to me was just unwatchable. That was my opinion.

Yeah, I'm not shocked. I didn't watch it. I wouldn't watch it. And I don't really even cover that individual because I just think it's sort of a disgrace.

So I can't add anything there. You cannot pay me to watch it. Well, you didn't miss anything. Can you try to, can you attempt to explain bailists' popularity?

Because I'm kind of like you where I don't, I don't get it. I don't, I never gravitate towards it. I just don't understand.

There are a lot of stupid people in this country. I mean, that's what I'm saying that for years.

I mean, that's what it is. I really like there's no other reason. I mean, to be so dumb to not realize what he's doing is bizarre to me because it's so fake and so not real on any level.
