Georgia Senator Jon Ossoff got in Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard ass during today's Senate Intelligence Committee hearing. He questioned whether Iran posed an "imminent nuclear threat" before the U.S. and Israel launched joint strikes on Tehran last month and asked why she was in Georgia during January's election office raid.

Tennessee State Senator Charlane Oliver criticized Democratic State Representative Bo Mitchell for not seconding Representative Aftyn Behn's request to bring their "Homes Not Hedge Funds" housing bill to the floor. Oliver will join us to explain her fiery comments regarding Mitchell.
Seven white Ohio deputies say rapper Afroman used their likenesses without permission in his music videos. The video in question is from Afroman's security camera during a 2022 raid at his home. The deputies are suing for defamation, saying they have suffered humiliation and death threats because of the videos. We'll have a legal expert discuss whether the First Amendment protects his actions.
