Hey guys, what's up? Just a quick update. I've had lots of questions about my training.

I'm currently doing Sentinel training. I realized after I started my free trial for 14 days that I wanted to stick around

because I feel like a completely different animal. I feel like I finally started reaching my potential.

And it's all thanks to Taylor and Bryson. I mean, look me. I'm a fucking beast.

What up? I never realized at the end of it, he kisses like he blows a kiss. That's the first

time I've heard that too. I noticed it there on that one but maybe it ends early maybe peter switched it or something

you got you got sure all right everybody welcome to the show we uh are tailorless today he is on

the way to wyoming to spend some time with his wife I think it's their anniversary, isn't it? Or no? I don't know. Okay. I thought it might be. Yeah, let's just say it's their anniversary just because he's going to be, I don't know what he's going to do with himself. He's not going to be able to troll anyone. He's not going to be able to start fights on Instagram. He's not going to be able

to start fights with me and Bryson. I don't know what he's going to do for the next week.

It'll be a good detox for him. Yeah. Yeah, true. So yeah, the games are still on everyone's mind.

Today we are going to kind of dive in a little bit to the overall programming, but I think where

we're going to end up is talking

mostly about the unknown and unknowable. And while it's something that kind of we know is like a

core tenet of CrossFit, the methodology as far as preparing you for life, but also, especially

for the CrossFit games, when you look at this year's

games, it's not something that you see a lot of.

You don't see much unknown.

They knew a lot before the competition started.

We really don't see any unknowable as far as new implements or anything like that.

So, yeah, just a good conversation to have.

What do you think about the programming overall? Just as a test, not as a spectacle or I know
