I was just, I was smiling to myself last night.

I was putting the show together and I was seriously just smiling to myself.

I'm in a good mood today.

We had this 1,500 plus page CR full of just the worst things imaginable. Like you name it, it's in the bill.

It's awful. I could not get worse. And the people fought back. And now it appears that the CR is dead in the water. We have a unified voice post-20204 presidential election. We have a unified voice post-20204 presidential election.

We have a mandate and we put pressure on members of Congress to shut this whole government down

rather than cast a vote for Mike Johnson's disgraceful CR bill. And it worked. Seriously, I am so happy. And we still

have a lot of work to do. We have to make sure that we stick to our guns, that we have a

bill that is clean. This is what President Trump wants. This is what J.D. Vance wants. This is what the

Doge team wants. But we made some incredible headway yesterday killing this thing. And it feels

like for the first time, we have a genuine voice. Because everyone over the last couple of days

has been saying, oh my gosh, how could this happen? This is crazy.
