He's a masterful leader, and he's also the author of a terrific

book that I'm thoroughly enjoying called Discover Joy in Work. So Shondronn did and I recently

sat down we talked about how to gracefully renegotiate commitments when you're

overwhelmed, a topic that I am always interested in learning more about. We talked about why

commitment is what ultimately makes a calling,

and we talked about how to find joy in a job that you already have, right?
