I have actually been contemplating on where I want to take this podcast, exactly the setup

that I want to do for the second season of it and the guests I want to have

and just the overall direction and the vibe I want taking back your power to get into

because I don't just want to put out content and pump out generic content that you can find

everywhere else. That's never been my goal. I always want to make

sure my content is relatable, both to you and to my life. So in today's episode, I want to

touch on showing up for yourself every single day. And this is something that I did talk about
