In Urban Decay we have an insane story where a juvenile attacked an 85 year old woman to steal her purse followed by a brawl at Texas Roadhouse that may have left a mark with the child watching. Then we remind you about some crime stats that will help you connect the dots. We end the segment with a student who graduated high school even though he was absent 400x and failed 6 classes. No child left behind I guess.
