so I thought it'd be great because as I've kind of watched your career grow, you know,

one of the things that I've noticed really over the last, I think, four or five years is you kind of really finding a groove into relationships probably because of your marriage and kids.

But you've always had this huge interest in how to have a high quality relationship.

So my outcome today is just to kind of glean some insights from you to share with everyone in the

community on, you know, what you've learned about relationships, mistakes that you've made in

relationships, like what is some relationship advice? And sometimes I'll hate the word advice,

but like lessons that we've learned are awareness and distinctions because I know that it's a practice.

It's not like, oh, I have this best relationship in the world today because if you don't

continue to practice it, then you don't.

And so I know that you've traveled all over the world.

You've spoke on personal development, high performance, peak performance.

But I feel like that you love talking about the quality of relationships,

whether it's with a significant other or even friendships. I think especially when times get

more challenging in anyone's life, whether it's the loss of a loved one, whether it's an

economy moving financial situations, whether it's even having a child actually becomes more challenging

for people just because there's a whole new set of responsibilities. But anytime things
