Welcome to the bad broadcast. I am both writing a

high because we had our first live show last night. And I'm also feeling like,

like I feel a little bit hungover. I don't know if it's from talking. I don't know if it's

from the energy I exerted. I don't know what exactly it is. But like I'm feeling run down in a way.

I can't even describe. But all good things, all good things. It's because the show went so well

and I had so much fun. I'm not feeling, you know, run down because it went terribly. I am just,

excuse me, so happy and grateful for everybody who, oh my gosh, I'm so sorry, want to keep

hiccuping. For everybody who bought a ticket to either show'm so sorry. What, keep hiccuping.

For everybody who bought a ticket to either show, we haven't done the next one, obviously. This episode comes out on Monday. The next show is on Wednesday. But I'm just so grateful to everybody who bought a ticket. And it was, I mean, again,

it really is my first time doing something like that. And I've done a handful of like live event type things. We did the thing with the period project in, what was that, 2021. I had a live show in New York, which was so amazing, but it was, I mean, it was in New York. It wasn't like my people, you know, it was a smaller show. It was like a partnership with a venue and they were putting us on. And so it wasn't anyway. It was a really good experience and I loved doing that. However, it just wasn't,

you know, it wasn't, it didn't feel quite right. And I've been putting off doing a live show for so

long. And I, I don't really know why. I think just because it's new and I didn't know what it

would be like for me, but it's been kind of a chaotic, like few weeks getting it all planned because I,

I mean, truth be told, just don't feel very good physically. And I also have a two-year-old to

chase around. And so it's been hard to find times like sit down and write and get all the

logistics figured out. And I'm so grateful for Ariel at Dear Media, who really handled everything for me. I mean,

she put it all together. I mean, she was just incredible. And then the venue, Metro Music Hall,

everyone there has been really, really great. And so yesterday, well, yeah, anyway, I always

clarify when I'm recording because sometimes people listen and they think I

recorded like the day before. Anyway, but the day of the show, which for me was yesterday, I was pretty

calm. I was like, really, you know, didn't feel different than any other day. You know, we hung around
