Somebody was

sending us pictures actually created a pickleball paddle with our image on one side and logo on the other side. You can see the image on our Instagram page. Follow that at sports junkies radio, but very nice of the listener who created the paddle. I don't know if it'll be an effective paddle, but it looks good.

Hold on. So it's, it's not just a video like artistic version of a pad. It's a real paddle like that you can play in the event with. I mean, if you can play with the wood paddle, sure, here it is. Oh, very. I mean, this, this is very cool. I don't know if you could actually play pickleball with it. Let me see. I mean, I used to play ping pong with the sandpaper paddle. I lost it. Now I'm seeing the Vegas Golden Knights pummel the floor to pants. They do. They just do. You love that too.

He's pounded so hard with the pants. There you go. That paddle actually looks like something you would stick into a brick oven to get your pizza. It looks fine. I guess I don't know. I have no idea about pickleball paddles. They're going old school. I mean, professional tennis players. I know this for the younger set out there. They're going to find this hard to believe tennis players used to play with wood rackets.

Play it back in the day. I'll play with a wood rack. I'll tweet out the image too. It's on our Instagram sports junkies radio or follow us on Twitter at Junk's radio. There was a legendary Wilson Jack Kramer wooden. It was iconic that people used to play with when we were kids.

That's the real wall head like that. Well, they were also. I mean, Bjorn Borg played a lot of his career. If not probably not towards the end, but a lot of his career with the wood racket.

I think it was like a wood graphite composite, but yeah, the Don A. Yeah, silly. Now we're getting into rackets that the old fossils used to use back in the 80s. That used to be my jam.

Well, that's why the game is where it is. Technology is everything definitely helps.

Yeah, you can follow me, Eric Daesh, pickle dash three and Ben Mo. I tried to sign up actually for the pickleball challenge and it was a little complicated. And I'll be honest with you, I was choking trying to decide which group to sign up for. They want you to kind of self rate yourself if you haven't been rated.

I think if I had to guess I'd be like a four oh, but I don't know. Okay, but I've played pickleball for a couple of years now. Definitely not a beginner.

But you have the beginner group three out of four. And then you have four out of five oh. Five oh is like those are like really really good players. Yeah, I was like, well, I don't want to be with the best of the best. Yeah, I was kind of choking. I don't know what to do. Drive. If I only have two choices, it wouldn't be fair for me to play in the beginners.

But I don't really get smoked by pro. Sure. I don't know. I saw that same pickleball chart rating at Tennis Topia yesterday. I popped in there. I met Marco. Very nice. I met him on the way out. Yeah.

Didn't give me a bunch of free stuff. He did not. I had already made my purchase. And he was funny. He asked me after I was walking out. I was like, did you get the junkies deal? I said, nope, but I did throw in maybe next time.

There's always the next time. Maybe next time because I would have looked like a real. Yeah, just heal if I walked back up got a refund. Yeah, I mean, what was your purchase? I'm really going to do that. I bought my daughter pair of shoes. I bought my son a racket because he's showing interest in playing. So I bought him a rack paddle. Didn't buy a pack of tennis racket.

I mean, they do have a wall of pickleball pass. They definitely do. I mean, they're big on the pickleball there as well. So nice to meet him. He's a country club member. The sports membership. So he's got to get his money's worth with tennis. Sure. Yeah. Why wouldn't I? That's good. So I met him on the way out. He'll be at the pickleball event on Saturday. So that'll be good.

I'm telling you, my stress starts today. Today I have my dentist appointment. And you know, it's going to be a long appointment. Yeah, I got a bunch of teeth. He's got to put back in. I got to fix the crack front two.

How long is it going to be in that chair or an hour at least? Most of my appointments are an hour. Yeah, they're extensive. They're probably expensive. Yeah, I don't even know. And then we don't have great dental coverage. Well, I think we have poopy.

I'm starting to believe there is no great dental coverage anywhere. Maybe not. I go through my wife's insurance, which is, but we have the worst, which pones audices insurance.

Just it's like Vegas playing Florida in the Stanley Cup final is what the insurances are like. But her dentist insurance isn't that great either.

So I'm just led to believe now there's no really good dental insurance. You might be right. But audices is the bottom of the list. You're probably right on that.

I got the dentist today. So that's like an all day thing. Yeah, all the way out there. All the way back hour. I just like, I'll be home around three or fours. I'll be tilted. Right. But then I'll need a couple hours to relax. Sure.
