how to have 20s, the decade between 2020 and 2030,

that roar and everywhere you want them to

and every way that God wants them to,

not to just survive the next decade or your 20s but to thrive in a

way that leads to the type of life that God wants and ultimately you want.

Tonight I'm going to start by just telling a story that a story that will give us some direction before we're going.

In college, I had a chance to be on the track team where I went to school and my first year of college showed up and track is a spring sport.

So the fall was a time of like conditioning and training and

just doing a bunch of exercises getting ready for the season coming up.

I, through the javelin, which is the most random sport on the planet, which explains

how I was able to do it at that school because there's like three of us out there that do it but anyways

So I was with all the throwers so you got javelin shophood just people who were part of the throws group.

And the biggest challenge in the conditioning season

are that semester of the fall semester that we had.
