There's a big news survey out on acceptable and unacceptable behaviors at restaurants.

Oh. Half of America thinks it's cool to ask to be seated near an outlet

so they can plug in their phone. Is that cool? even occurred to me?

What's funny is it I guess reading that brought about this memory I took Scott Capurro out to dinner one night when

he was performing in San Jose and I said you know what I'm gonna take you out

and then I'm gonna go see your show and him and the

guy opening his show come rolling in 30 minutes late they're clearly they think

they're already on they're doing their show right there in the

restaurant as one of them is like hello before you seat me I'm gonna need you to

plug in my phone and the the restaurant's like, oh my God.

And it was just from there on and on.

I'd never really heard of that though,

showing up to a restaurant with a dead phone going I need a plug right

I'm gonna need you to take care of this right I've never heard of it either it doesn't

wouldn't cross my mind but I can see where if your phone is dying you might ask and I don't think there's anything wrong with that but being seated near a plug

I mean I guess that's just a wall table I don't really know I think it's okay I guess

well the people are torn only half say it's acceptable taking an extended period of time to decide what to order, less than half say that's acceptable.
