I did a story the other day about how we finger our phones like 2,000 times a day

They're over on them. We don't even know where we don't even realize we're lifting them and looking at them the way we do

We're now like this person

You're just flipping that thing all all day all the time

Today are they counting because a lot of times they just don't even put it down

So what do you mean when I when you say I'm fingering it is that just like a two-handed finger function or is that

Just every 10 seconds it's in my hand accounts as a fingering like I don't I think every time you pick that thing up

But here's here's a tip all right to help you not

Reach for your phone the second you wake up and have it in your hand all day long too

They say one way and I know a lot of us do this

I've stopped doing it, but I I was doing it you use your don't use your alarm clock

Don't use your phone as your alarm clock

They say that way you won't be tempted to start scrolling the second your eyes open

You've grabbed your phone you turn the alarm clock off and you're already in it

That's a technique I use actually to to wake up

Because I hate when the alarm goes off. I'm like

I want to go say I want to snooze it

So away from me to actually get like my first light

This is turned on the phone and read some stories and then I'm like I'm awake because at night if I read stories

I stay up all night, but in the morning
