That's me. Yep. Procrastination. It's a real thing. Some people will say I manage it exactly how I want to. I don't do things

until I want to do them. The end, okay well you say so. What if you never want to do it? It still needs to get done though, you know? This is that word I told you about when the when the show started. Do you ever procrastinate? It's the

opposite of procrastinating. It sounds like a good thing, but probably not.

Precrastinating is when you do things as early as possible to get them out of the way and off your list

so you won't have to stress about it.

But experts say overdoing it can be stressful in its own way.

Just like we talked about with the news,

if you're trying to get stuff off your plate

in order to relax, except that that's not even on your plate today.
