The state trooper in Washington state posted a pick after someone was caught using a carpool lane.

They'd put a Halloween mask on their passenger seat headrest and they called it a, uh, uh, passenger.

They looped it around the top, draped a vest around the seat to make it look more like a person.

But unless you've only glanced, which is what you're hoping for.

The police see you go by real quick and they don't catch what exactly is going on there.

But they say here it, it wasn't fooling anybody.

The mask line is very creative with that using like a, a model dummy and, and putting the hat and sunglasses on a newspaper.

And it's lap as though those exist anymore there.

It's people, that's not creative enough.
