It's kind of a joke, but I thought it was funny.

Gen Z's latest diet fat is not Ozempick.

Oh, that's too bad.

It's not sweating with the oldies with Richard Simmons.

Okay.

Oh. Is that a workout?

I don't think it is but they're saying here that singing for three hours straight can burn

seven over 700 calories you know what as I think about it it is actually if you're dancing and singing and

rocking out with your friends and singing at the top of your lungs I can see that

okay I guess that if you can also not be eating the French fries and chicken that came to the table and putting, you know, 900 calorie dacarets into your head hole every 20 minutes that would be helpful if you were just

really strictly going there for the workout that is karaoke I don't know. Another blogger says they put a fit bit on and recorded 529 calories after singing for 77 minutes.

I can sing, it's fun, and I'm burning calories. This is the new way to get a workout

everybody, or Gen Z likes doing this. Are they doing this at home? Are they doing this at home? Are they doing this in places
