A 37-year-old man in North Carolina was arrested on Wednesday after he showed up to a fire and started fighting it with a

garden hose.

Oh, um... Why would you arrest that man? He's trying to be a hero. Yeah.

37 year old Christopher Migleno was arrested Wednesday after he refused to leave the scene of a fire.

He started out a hero because he showed up before the fire department whipped out a garden hose and

started battling. When the actual firefighters showed up they said beat it.

We got this. You can't be here. Yeah you got to you got a really you can't. It's public safety thing. You got to go. And he's all no. Today I am a firefighter. He actually said they say he said it's cool guys. I got this. Oh. as in your help isn't even needed or just let me stay they say and

and was also getting in the way of the firefighters as they said,
