So are the ice cubes big enough that when we lay them on the grill they just get grill marks and

then they're handed to you?

They do say here specifically that yes of course the ice would melt the idea is to use big enough

chunk and to grill it quickly and then they spice it up.

So you, the vendor takes some ice, throws it on the grill,

seasons it with spices like chili, human, scallions, coriander, and sauce serves it says and then serves it up. One serving of

grilled ice costs two dollars. Well, it's certainly a low calorie alternative to lunch.
