A poll asked parents and teachers what their first thought each morning during the school year is and the most common answer was I have so much to do today.

OMG. Oh, half of parents and teachers don't always get enough sleep when school starts up.

You know, you hear that and I think, well, we didn't get any sleep in the summer either. So I don't know what you're talking about.

There's like the job of caring for kids is still twenty four seven. Yeah.

Days are busy. At least you get a break while they're in class. Like that is a legitimate.

You know something good is getting put into their brain. There you hope so fingers crossed and that they're safe.

Right. Again with the fingers crossed your stuff. Sure.

Anyway, half of parents and teachers don't always get enough sleep when school starts and the me time takes a hit too.

I feel like our me time took the biggest hit in summer, but okay, again, the average parent only gets one hour and sixteen minutes of me time at the end of each day for teachers.

That's one hour and twelve minutes.

When you think about me time, are we talking about like television or just is it things like I need to shower me.

I need to clean me. Well, I think it can get that desperate, but I also think like for example, you and I do this job and we go to bed at seven.

Or we're at least hidden from everyone trying to go to bed. I try to go to sleep. Right.

Christina's got a whole nother life after the kids get to bed. That's her time. Yeah.

And if we were a normal couple with normal hours, that would be our time.

But we don't and so she does her thing and I'm asleep. Hopefully.

Right. Right. Not just sitting there like trying so hard to be asleep.

I just think I'm asleep. Oh, I can't sleep. I'm not sleeping. I'm trying to try that one breath thing.
