Sucking at Fantasy Sports isn't great for your mental health.

I think this is funny because a lot of us do things in the name of

Joy. Yeah. Stress release. Yes. Fun. Oh, it's sports. This for me. I love it. It's just so great. I'm, I'm around people and we have parties and we are together and we're, it's celebrating the football season or whatever.

Some fantasy sports leagues, have a fun embarrassing punishment for the person who comes in last place in addition to the total annihilation of their mental health.

Weird sentence but it is true things that you do for fun sometimes end up being more stressful and I will say this I have

said this to you guys before because I'm a big baby surfing sucks. Don't start. Like you find yourself in need of that as like for your

mental health and it is weather related period. You just may not get to go today or tomorrow.

You've done all the prep work for it, you've driven out there,

or for three more months.

It's just going to be crummy or you're going to catch wind or it's going to be this or

it's going to start you'll find yourself being like what am I doing I'm out at the

beach again getting skunked skunkedunked. It's the similar thing. It's a similar thing when you take up a fantasy sports league and decide that this is going to be you're going to be with your friends, you're to play you're going to and then it's not only all consuming but you suck at it and you're losing.

Yeah and there's a lot that goes into it like there's a whole draft that John goes to every year and so he's very excited when he's winning but now

he can't just be worried about his team he's got to be worried about his one

guy on every team every game matters and that guy needed to make the

touchdown and not the other guy and now he's just seething about it. He's like

oh that one guy has always been rubbed my nose in it because when he beats me

then I gotta buy him up here. all right I gotta go I gotta go to

the deuce and buy the next round because I lost big. There's a new study out which
