They do a ton of team building and with your coworkers. Oh.

They do a ton of team building and purposefully have people stepping outside their shells

and trying to let people.

But at least you're able to, hopefully, if you've worked hard enough on your career and it matters to you

you're careful with the things that you share on the Zoom call or whatever.

Don't over share too much of your life with them. It could cause issues. They're not your friends. These are forced conversate like in the team building things. You're being forced.
