Of all the generations, boomers are the most riled up about tipping. 72% of old folks have at least one

negative view about it. Oh, they still tip better than the cheap younger

generations which makes sense I actually think as a young person, when I was I mean, that I

didn't have any money and I often would not date people because I didn't have the money to take you out on a date.

Well and the tipping thing has become so ubiquitous. Like I really feel like when someone helps you at a counter and then they turn

around the thing and there's the line for the tip and it's 18% tip for what? I'm like, isn't this like the whole job? Is, like, grab me that coffee and the, I don't know. I guess, you know, I don't get in a fight with anybody about it and I do leave a tip, but have often thought to myself well that's that's interesting you know that's it just feels like everyone wants a tip for everything and not just a dollar like oh here's the extra change that keeps it change whatever it's not that it's more more more more
