This is abuse as in like an older brother or sister or a parent or I think it's the I think

it's the older brothers or sisters that get over on the younger kids and might not even they they may even

be too young to know what they're or may have happened to them maybe right in a car

without a seatbelt even for a few minutes.

She says she's seen crashes where one kid was buckled and the other wasn't.
