I am a little nervous, to be honest, about doing this, because the goal here is to make the show a better show for you,

But when we do the year-end peer reviews, there is a chance that people get their feelings hurt. Yeah, and it's hard not to take it personally because it is the work that you've put in all year long.

And I think we're all hoping to improve and level up on any given day.

And yeah, you know, sometimes we're successful and sometimes we're not as far as doing more better.

But criticism hurts.

Yeah, it does hurt.

And before we get into the peer reviews for Jake, Johnny, and Vanessa, we will give them an opportunity to give their own grade. What grade they think they earned this year and why did they give themselves that grade. So Jake, we'll start with you. And then we will hear anonymous peer reviews from everyone on the show. We've all given you a grade and a reason why you've earned that grade. And of course, the text line is not keeping their opinions to themselves as well. There's a lot of people that are coming through with their own theories and thoughts as to why people deserve the grades that they got this year. I don't see a lot of A's on the text line, by the way. I do see a lot of Bs, Cs and Ds, which is still okay. Those are all passing grades. And, and Ali, you can share some of the best ones

when we get to that person. But we'll start with you, Jake.

Jake, what grade do you give yourself this year?

A, easy. Easy A.

Okay. Why do you say you get an easy A?

Because, God, I didn't have

a day off all year. I think I wasn't sick once uh isn't this the year you took

that weird road trip to go visit the uh that was last year oh oh that was the only time i ever

that was annoying i forgot about that i was still annoying to see the moon remember yeah he wanted

to go see the eclipse and then it was cloudy and then he got hit by an 18-wheeler on the way back.

Yeah.

It was that, yeah.
