All right, fellas, We, I'm certain that we thought this podcast was going to have a different level of feel, excitement, and not only was that taken away from us, the feel around this team,

the city, the fans, the players, it's been ripped away from us by a couple of just terrible, terrible decisions made by people and evil that found its way at what was supposed to be a celebration and was a

celebration all the way through. I know from Houston I watched it and I enjoyed it

and I was ready to be you know excited about talking about some of

those moments and maybe we get into that a little bit later on in the pod but

obviously our minds our hearts and our thoughts are with anyone affected.

When I say anyone affected, I mean not just the victims and the lady who lost her life and the kids the two kids that she is and

was the mother of their entire family, not only the 20 plus victims who have been injured in this, not only the nine kids that had gunshot wounds in Children's Mercy, the 11 kids ranging from

eight years old to 47 years old, our thoughts and our and our feelings and our prayers are with them. But it's just for us

individually we all have our own kind of thoughts and stories and memories and feelings of what happened there.

And I just want to kick it off, fellas, but this was, this is Thursday, so this happened yesterday.
