Hello and welcome to the political party, this one featuring Dr. Jam Halper Hayes, keen

watchers of political media will have seen Jam before. She was a consultant to President

Trump's transition team. She's a former chair of Republicans overseas, the body that looks

after, as you would imagine, members of the Republican Party in different countries.

I've interviewed her before on Onspun and she was charming, funny, very likeable and a

great person to sit opposite and listen to because even though, as you would imagine, there

was a lot of things she would say to disagree with, from my point of view, and perhaps from

yours, she's nevertheless permanently charming, very thoughtful and great company. And it's

a position we don't usually or often hear from, so it's a unique perspective on politics.

This is one of the most interesting interviews I've ever done because every guest has something

different to bring, whether it's insight, whether it's from their career, whether it's

that peak behind the curtain, which I always love so much. Sometimes it is more opinion-driven,

sometimes more it's about what the political values they have are and what their opinion

is. And this interview contains all of those things and becomes at times a policy discussion,

perhaps in a way that it wouldn't have done with other guests. Jenny's a brilliant guest,

and I'm sure, will provoke many thoughts and reactions. You can send them to the official
