Hello and welcome to the political party.

0:13.2

Today's guest is Dr. Scott Arthur, the Labour MP for Edinburgh, Southwest.

0:18.2

He won his seat at the last election.

0:20.4

And I got him on to talk

0:21.5

about his proposed private members bill, the rare cancers bill, which is obviously as a subject

0:27.8

1:00.2

like a cordoma, mine only one in a million people get,

1:03.4

that there would be far, the past sort of earlier detection of these things,

1:08.4

and far more research, which would mean that hopefully one day,

1:12.1

if you are lucky enough to get what I got, you might not need the surgery that I had, which

1:17.1

would be wonderful.

1:18.5

Thank you for all your kind comments about the mooch episode, and thanks to everyone again.

1:22.2

It was an absolutely incredible night.

1:24.7

And the political party is back on stage, And it's just so good to be back.
