Today's guest is Sonia Kumar, the Labour MP for Dudley, elected in last year's general election.

And I saw a clip of Sonia this week, or a couple of weeks ago, raising the issue of incontinence.

Now, this is something that, as you may be aware, affects me personally following my spinal

surgery of a couple of years ago.

And so I was delighted to see this.

And it sort of occurred to me that maybe this was an under-debated thing in Parliament,

but I talked to Sonia about this, and it's been phenomenal seeing the work she's done on it.

She's a former physiotherapist, and that's how she came to be aware of it.

So we'll talk about that in some detail.

And clearly absolutely relishes every part of the job,

including the select committee,

which she does on the business select committee.

And that's interesting because I presumed perhaps she would want to do health, but
