It was absolutely delighted that he agreed to come over and come on the show.

It's a fascinating conversation about holding politicians to account how to conduct an interview,

the pressure on modern broadcasters and modern broadcasters journalists,

as well as a conversation about Britain's social values, the way things are changing.

There's something so strange about, I suppose, all broadcasters in the sense that,

particularly with Christian and his, there's an element that, of course, he's a highly decorated and respected broadcasters journalist.

But, of course, he's on telly, so there's a kind of showbiz element in a way that perhaps you don't get with politicians or advisors,

where, as well as being a very effective TV interview, one of the best, he's also a TV star.

And he is very charismatic, but it's just such a great conversation about all the things you'd expect to talk about.

In partiality, the challenges of holding people to account, getting access to people, the line between,

holding someone to account, not demonstrating your own opinion or trying not to, there's just so much in it.

It was just completely absorbing. And I can't thank him enough for coming in. It was a thrill.
