That's right. That caught me so awkward. That's right. I bring me. Here's the thing about it, right? Me. As you always know that the important part of this segment of our show, the opening is a takeaway.

We try to leave you with a gem, a jewel, something that you can let sit and resonate and you can really walk away from enriched.

And so believe it or not, even in the theme song, sometimes you can find what you need fundamentally to really water your seed.

So the lyrics to I bring me, the chorus go, I bring me, get mine, bow mine, go hard looking for another like me, boy stop. I bring me, who's the tightest, who's kisses the nicest.

And then they say, bad bitch, that's me, that bitch, that's me, game bitch, that's me, lane bitch, not me. What you get is what you see and I bring, I bring me, now the point of all this, although wrong, she's a controversial.

You know, although on television, this is about self confidence, it's about self confidence. It's about not only just being self confident, but it's about validating that by highlighting your strengths, we're all painfully aware of our weaknesses.

But sometimes it's beneficial to highlight those strengths, okay, the things that you are. And if you don't apply to you, if it's none of your business, the real word in the course of that song is not me, okay.

No one, something is not for you. And so the hashtag this week is simply I bring me and with that being said, felt if you watch the show and most of all, most importantly understood, I do want to take this here opportunity to welcome everybody to the friends on, which is your weekly opportunity to look into all things mental health,

My weekend was great actually. I had a great weekend. Shout out to you know, doing things different. You know, this weekend was actually the late text ball.

I've been watching polls and shit. So, yeah. And so the late text ball is like the biggest ball of the year. I have the biggest balls of the year. So I felt like I was right at home.

You know, it was great. I was blessed to go with the legendary twiggy Garsohn who's like an icon in the bar room community and also a contributor to polls on FX.
