That's actually what we're looking for because the bright red color of foods typically

means that it's cleaning the blood and it's healing, right?

Red is a healing color. And that's doing that within the gut. And we actually want all those because those are also polyphenols. They're antioxidants, so they're good for the gut. We use it as a transit test to see how long it takes your food to come in and out of your body. And we always warn patients about their pee going red because everyone gets worried that I'm bleeding and it's a problem and I'm bleeding from my intestine. So as long as you know that you eat and eat a beats, you're good usually, and it depends on your transit time, whether it's a 24-hour period or a 36-hour period. Hey, guys, thank you so much for listening to this week's podcast preview. Now, don't go anywhere. This was just a little taste of last week's show.
