0:52.1	And a lot of the time I think people are relying on a gut feeling, which I entirely get,
0:56.7	but I think it is useful to balance that with a bit of reflection.
1:01.7	And so the tool that I use whenever I'm talking to somebody about this,
1:05.2	which might be helpful for you to know about, is a matrix.
1:08.2	You all know that I love a matrix.
1:10.2	But this is one that helps you to think about
1:12.3	whether you are learning in the job and whether you kind of really love where you're working.
1:17.5	So if you imagine like a two by two matrix and on one dimension you've got you love it a lot,
1:22.7	you don't love it at all. And on the others, you've got you're learning a lot and you're not
1:26.6	learning at all. This creates four quad, you've got you're learning a lot and you're not learning at all.
1:33.4	This creates four quadrants, which then affect how you should think about, like, switching or staying in your job. So let's imagine that you, you like love where you're working,
