Antonia Dodge can you design a great relationship by choosing a partner that you think is

an ideal personality type.

I've talked with people in the community, we've done some live meetups, and I've talked with

people who, you know, on their online profiles on whatever, okay cubit or cubit or whatever program they're using

they will look down and look at people's personality types and decide if they're going to go on a date with this person

based on what type they are.

Well, first of all, if they report the type at all, like they only want to date people

that actually know about Myers-Briggs or other personality systems.

And then once they do know that person knows that they then vet them on

on who they are basically like oh I only date I NFTJ is or I only date ENFPs and if

you're not one of those then we can't go on a date together.

Right. Well, and we must get this question many times a day.

Yeah.

And email, people are like, so I'm this type, what's my ideal type matchup?

And there are endless articles written about it,

and there's endless conversation,

especially I'd say in the Myers-Briks community.

Maybe in the Enigrams community, but I don't see that as much.

Especially in the Myers-Bakes community, there's this concept that if you're a specific

Myers-Briks type, then you should be looking for another very specific Myers-B's type and that's our question of the day

does type predict a good relationship or predict a bad relationship if you're with a type that maybe isn't something that is recommended quote unquote
