So first and foremost, I think it's important for us to define what micromanaging means to us.

And micromanaging is basically basically we might have different definitions here but when you are constantly on top of someone looking over their shoulders trying to control the way they do their work maybe even try to control the way they write their sentences the way they do their work, maybe even try to control the way they write their sentences, the way they write their code.

You're basically kind of the puppeteer, right? And people don't like feeling that way.
