I've had clients already asked me, hey I have all this equity in my house, I want to do something with it, you know, are you looking for investors?

You know, just to kind of still keep working with me, maybe they don't want to sell the house, but...

And when I can

speak to them and say hey like you said just get into the market and they actually

get it and you're right three four five hundred thousand dollars of

equity in someone's house, it's completely life-changing.

And, you know, we kind of talk about this cliche, like, oh man, we're making dreams come true kind of thing.

It's like, no shit, we really are.

Like if they were to sell that house and maybe downsize or even move out of state

They have some serious cash in their pocket to go do whatever they want for the rest of their life. It's really cool
